Eckankar, Religion of the Light and Sound of God, is a nonprofit religious organisation and church with headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota USA.

In Australia Eckankar meets its legal non profit obligations through ECKANKAR Australia Limited and its four regional affiliates listed in the 'Contact Us' page.

Four volunteer spiritual leaders known as Regional ECK Spiritual Aides [RESAs] are appointed to support Eckankar activities in Australia.  They oversee the Board of Directors, Society Officers and teams of local coordinators in their area.  RESAs coordinate regional and local activities aided by volunteers dedicated to presenting the Religion of the Light and Sound of God to the community.

This extensive organisation of volunteers oversees thriving and growing communities of ECKists throughout Australia, and provide a welcoming atmosphere for all who wish to learn more about the teachings of ECK.

You may purchase books, CD's DVD's and tapes, attend introductory talks, worship services, classes, workshops, and seminars.

Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth each have an Eckankar Community Centre where you can find further information. ECK Centres are open during drop-in hours and public events for everyone who has an interest in how the ECK teachings may help Soul unfold to our greatest spiritual potential.

In less populated areas, introductory events are held in public libraries and community centres and at times classes may be held in members' homes.
